I came across the 1m challenge in a Facebook group, the original idea belongs to fox and bobbin, I loved it show much I've decided that I need to add it as an option for my customers as well ( fox and bobbin are happy for anyone to use the idea as long as we credit them with the original idea which I am more than happy to do!.)  

So how does it work?

When you order, you pick your choice of any of my available prints. For £60, you get 1m of your chosen print, plus any matching co-ordinates and notions needed, and the challenge is for me to get as many items out of that meter (in the sizes you specify).  Any scraps that aren’t big enough to be made into clothing are then turned into other items such as reusable wipes, scrunchies or hair bows making them zero waste as humanly possible!

I guarantee that you will receive £60 or more* worth of items in your 1m challenge, otherwise I will happily refund the difference or add in extra items to make it up.

Please write any likes, dislikes in the comments box including items you really do not want or any colours you'd like me to steer clear of. I am usually pretty good at matching colours but if you have a coordinating colour in mind please do let me know and ill accommodate as best I can.

Each item of clothing is handmade to order so please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to be completed.

Measuring for Baby/Childrens Clothing

Chest: Measure under the armpits, around the fullest part of the chest
Waist: Measure around the smallest part of the waist, usually close to the belly button
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of the hips, around the bottom. If your child usually wears a nappy (cloth or disposable), measure with the nappy on.

For best fit please use measurements rather than their store bought sizing I can easily adjust patterns to add more length or a smaller waist etc.
