Refund policy
I really hope that you love your items, but if for any reason you don't please email me at tootsiesuk@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order for a return confirmation email and return address. Items should be returned within 14 days of the returns confirmation email.
If your item is faulty I will refund, repair or replace it - just contact me and I will be happy to help. If you need to send the faulty item back to me I will reimburse your return postage costs once I have the item back with me.
If you want to return something for another reason you are welcome to exchange the items for something else or request a refund. Unless the item is faulty, you are required to pay the return postage yourself. Please make sure that the item is unworn and unwashed. Once I have the item back, I will process your refund within 14 working days. Any item showing signs of wash and wear will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
It is important to note that if any items have been made to you or your child's measurements are exempt from my returns policy and you cannot return them unless they are faulty.
